Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Feedback Analyzer ("the Service") operated by us.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly).

Merchant of Record: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Usage and Content

Our Service allows you to upload, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

3.1 Analyzer Services

The Analyzer service processes text and documents provided by you to generate sentiment analysis and reports using AI.

3.2 Provider Services (Roasts & Audits)

The Provider service involves submitting public URLs for analysis. By submitting a URL, you represent that you have the right to request an audit for that domain. We perform automated scanning and AI analysis ("Roasts") as well as manual expert reviews depending on your plan.

Disclaimer: AI Roasts are generated for entertainment and constructive feedback purposes. They may contain exaggerated or humorous language ("Roast style"). Technical smoke tests are automated and may not catch every issue. Expert audits are performed by human reviewers and represent professional opinions.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Feedback Analyzer and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Feedback Analyzer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial transaction. To request a refund, please contact us at support@feedalyze.net with your order details.

Usage-Based Refunds: Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis according to your usage of the Service (specifically, the number of words processed) during the current billing cycle. We will deduct the value of the resources you have already consumed from the total refund amount.

Example: If your plan includes 10,000 words and you have used 5,000 words (50%), we will refund the remaining 50% of your payment.

Provider Services Non-Refundable: All "Provider" tiers (Spark, Pulse, Pro, Partner) and one-time audit purchases are non-refundable. These services involve immediate allocation of expert resources and/or automated costs that cannot be recouped.

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. As Paddle is our Merchant of Record, they handle the financial processing of refunds.

9. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
